Ready to Visit Greece?
In 2013 the Government of Greece launched The Greece Residency by Investment program. Applicants are granted a five-year residency which can be renewed every five years. The program offers a straightforward residency route, with no stay requirement.
To qualify, you are required to be:
- 18+ years of age
- Good health
- No criminal record
- Successfully pass due diligence checks
- Confirmed investment sources
Eligibility Dependents
- Spouse of the main applicant
- Children (biological or adopted) under 21 years of age
- Dependent parents
- Parents and children older than 18 must be dependent on the main applicant.
Investment Requirement
- You are also required to make a real estate purchase of 250,000 Euro and provide proof of a secure annual income for yourself and all dependents.
