As an applicant, basic requirements are:
- 18+ years of age
- Good health
- No criminal record
- Receive approval by the Government

Dependents’ Eligibility
- Spouse of the main applicant
- Adult children (biological or adopted) under 30 years of age, must be attending an institution of higher learning
- An unmarried daughter of the main applicant or spouse, who is under 25 years old and who is living with and fully supported by the main applicant or spouse
- Parents above 65 years of age
- Parents and Children older than 18 must be dependent on the main applicant.
Investment Requirement
- Non-refundable donation to the Economic Diversification Fund of Dominica = USD 100,000 plus family fee. (Complete amount is Non-Refundable)
- Investment in government-approved real estate project = USD 220,000 plus family fee. (Investment amount of USD 220,000 refundable after 5 years.)
